Most of the signs that this is a 121-year old book (which sold for 10 cents!) is seen on the covers and binding of this paperback book. There is a tear on the upper right corner if the front cover, and two on the back. The binding is torn at the bottom.
There is also what looks to be a coffee stain on the front cover, left side and the last pages of the book, by the index.
Inside, the pages are in very good condition, with no major issues. There are no ink marks, tears or anything I see in a cursory glance.
From a smoke free home which does have pets.
