I am a retired gift shop owner with leftover inventory.  I was an official Ty retail account for many years.  All of the beanies in this group of 3 frogs are from carefully stored inventory and have never been displayed.  I have inspected each tag and they are in good shape.  I issue no guarantees, though, as to total perfection of a tag. Recommended age is 3+.
Please note that many of the older beanies are floppy and not as firm or stuffed as the more current ones.  So, if they feel like they don't have enough filling, this is not a defect but just the way they were produced in the 1990's.
