    Description

    Very nice Ioor cachet for the stamp honoring the Royal Visit in 1939.  Ioor cachets for Canada are getting increasing difficult to acquire.
    Newfoundland Scott 249.  Clean, small rubber-stamp addressed.  The flap is glued to the inside of the envelope.
