These buttons date around the mid 1940's. They were used as advertising giveaways.Skeezix and Uncle Walt are both in good condition and dated 1945 on the rim of the button. The rare piece here is the 94th Pursuit Squadron - Kellogg's made these as a tribute to the WWII various armed services branches. This one is dented in the center as you can see from the photograph. All very neat pins for the pin collector or WWII advertising collector!
