Very nice Parakeet or Budgie Parrot on Foliage Stump in Gray Tones. Similar to Rutledge Freeman McFarlin California Pottery. Quality of Brad Keeler. Unmarked, so it may be California or Japan circa 1950-70. Not found another like it. Very nice piece.
