The Betsy Wetsy Doll was made by the Ideal Toy Company starting in the 1930s through the early 1960s. Betsy Wetsy was one of the best selling Baby Dolls. Due to her popularity, patterns were made so that mothers and their daughters could make additional outfits for these darling dolls. The Betsy Wetsy Doll came in lots of variations and sizes 11"/11.5", 13"/13.5", 15", 16" 17", 19" and 20" and I have many, many patterns for her in every size.
This pattern was originally created April 27, 1959. The copyright for this pattern has expired and it entered the public domain Jan 1, 1988.
