Made for the military, this is a waveguide Crystal Detector, in X-Band sized guide, WR-90, 8.2-12.4GHz
. This device is an older design and features a field replaceable cartridge type crystal, 1N23 type, as found in many WWII/Korean War/Vietman War military radars, you may have some in your junk box! This makes it no big deal if you pop a diode!   BNC(F) out.  Handy for the test bench! Now you can put that waveguide diectional coupler to work as a VSWR detector, or use this as an "RF sniffer" with a DVM as readout! Good condition, used.
